SUP YOGA WITH JOOLS
We are delighted to team up with Yoga with Jools to offer SUP Yoga in the warmth of Hymers College Pool in Hull
SUP yoga improves balance and flexibility, increases strength, stamina, endurance, concentration, coordination and core power whilst building confidence. It’s also great fun and helps to develop mental focus, bringing a sense of calm and peace.
No Experience is Necessary, Never been on a paddleboard, Never tried Yoga, No problem, we will get you safely on board and tailor the session.
