We require an adult with parental responsibility to remain on site at all times. For those children under 15 we require a parent to be on the water participating in the event. A maximum ratio of 1 parent to 2 children is required.
Please state your preferred time slot from the following options and any that you are unavailable for.

Once this form is complete, please send it direct to activecoast@eastyorkshiresup.com ASAP. A member of East Yorkshire SUP will contact you back by email to give you an allocated time slot on a first come first served basis and answer any questions you may have. You must confirm your attendance within 48 hours of receipt.
